By deleting the ALES grade you do not want, you can enter the high grade ALES result you want yourself.

Although I have made corrections to the text I added via copy-paste, I cannot get it to appear the way I want. What can I do?
You may paste the information you want to add to the body of the text into a plain text editor (such as Notepad) to remove any formatting, and then copy it from there.

I want to prepare a document in English, what can I do?
You can change the addressing section on the document to English by using the "Belgede Görüntülenecek Muhatap Alanını Güncelle" feature.
But sections such as topics, e-signatures can only be in Turkish as of now. To make it available in English is currently in the planning process.
